I originated and closed $389M across 12 proprietary acquisitions at Trimac, most without a competitive process. The work required years of sustained contact with family-owned operators and PE-backed firms before a deal ever surfaced. I also piloted AI-driven sourcing tools that automated target profiling and compressed pipeline development timelines across the team.

Technical Sales & Asset Lifecycle Strategy

I've sold into markets where the buyer needs to trust your technical judgment before they'll consider your price. That meant closing $28M in Class 8 fleet disposals across 80+ locations, delivering double-digit revenue growth at Certarus by positioning CNG against measurable cost outcomes, and commercializing wellbore technology at Blue Spark by building ROI cases at the engineering and C-suite level.
